Empowering Abilities Coaching is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized coaching services to students in Thornhill and the Toronto area. Our goal is to help each student reach their full potential. We develop a specialized approach and work one on one with your child to build and enhance their executive functioning skills as well as building strategies and coping techniques to manage emotions effectively.  This includes understanding one's self awareness, emotional acceptance, emotional cognition, and emotional attention.
