Our coaching will help students develop self regulation strategies and skills in organizing, planning, and priorotizing to flourish at school, work, and in daily life.
We help children gain a greater understanding of how they are wired, and how their emotional patterns impact their relationships and academics. We help each child develop strategies for having self-control, and managing their emotions. This helps socially with friends, respect from others, and success in all areas including school, social settings, and relationships.

Our personalized approach will guide your child to identify their emotions, learn how to control the intensity of their emotions and learn to express the intesity of their emotions.
